OUR PURPOSE AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Personal data, which is mainly name, email and in some cases telephone number and date of birth, is collected in order to communicate with potential, existing and former customers, in addition to being able to carry out ordered services and have the opportunity to process any complaints. Other personal data may occur but our processing basis is under Art. 6 GDPR Lawfulness of processing

WHAT IS PROCESSED AND HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We collect some personal information voluntarily, i.e. users leave personal information so that we can process orders for services. We are obliged to collect and store some personal information in accordance with applicable regulations. (e.g. accounting documents are required by law according to the Accounting Act). We collect personal information mainly via contact forms on the website, e-mail, telephone, text message and messages via social media. Other forms of communication may also occur.

Please note that the processing of personal data in relation to specific services and products may be governed by separate agreements made available on the specific product pages. From time to time, we also conduct user and customer surveys to better understand the needs of our customers. We will endeavor to inform you about how we use the information.

PURE PROMISE does not collect, register or process sensitive personal data.
DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?

Some sharing of personal data is necessary (some mandatory) to operate our business. This will typically include IT providers (e.g. web hosting, email, software and cloud-based services), accounting/auditing, consulting and statutory reporting to authorities.

The website is hosted by HOSTINGER. In addition, we use the data processing services of Google – Purpose: Management of relationships and stakeholders. Personal data stored: Name, email, telephone number/mobile number, email. Storage period: Where we consider that we do not have a dialogue or activity with the person, we retain personal data for up to 3 years. We are in good faith that all of these data processing services comply with GDPR legislation.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We take security seriously and safeguard personal information in the best possible way so that unauthorized persons do not gain access to or have the opportunity to change and influence personal information. We only use reputable IT suppliers and software.

TRANSPARENCY AND CORRECTION

According to the Personal Data Act, Section 18, you have the right to access the information that has been registered. Access can be obtained by sending a written request to PURE PROMISE, support@purepromise.no. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that it be corrected in accordance with Section 27 of the Personal Data Act.

STORAGE AND DELETION

According to the Personal Data Act, Section 28, information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was stored shall be deleted. PURE PROMISE stores personal information about customers in accordance with the applicable Norwegian/European legislation. You can at any time request the deletion of all personal information we have about you, with the exception of information that we are required or obliged to store in accordance with applicable regulations, e.g. the Accounting Act. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, click the unsubscribe link that you usually find at the bottom of every email you receive from us.
