Donation terms

These donation terms apply to PURE PROMISE’s website

Payment

All donations are deducted on first occurrence, except for Vipps agreements, which are deducted the first month after creation. This will give donors plenty of time to possibly cancel or request desired changes to their agreement. The amount agreed upon is the amount that is deducted, no more or less.

Vipps payers have their payment overview available on the VIPPS app, which must be downloaded in order to make transactions with Vipps. It is possible to use a bank card through the website.

Resignation

You can cancel your agreement by contacting us via email at support@purepromise.no or by filling out the form here .

It is also possible to follow the link to manage your agreement through the VIPPS app during your agreement. Don’t forget your donation ID when filling out the form for changes to your agreement, as this will make it easier for us at PURE PROMISE to manage the agreement for you as quickly as possible.

Contract giro payments must be deleted through your online bank or your online banking service. This is something PURE PROMISEhas no direct control over. Follow your online bank’s procedure for this:

Regret

You have the option to cancel your donation when entering into arrangements with fixed payments. In other words, you can cancel your donor agreement with us at any time. This applies to both SMS, Vipps and AvtaleGiro. You have the option to cancel your donation at any time, regardless of the service. For now, this must be done by contacting us via email at support@purepromise.no.

It is important to note that it is not possible to claim donations in principle, which means that you cannot use the right to cancel after the donation has been made. However, we at PURE PROMISE want to use discretion in various incidents that may arise and will do our best to help with the stated need.

Conflict resolution

If any disagreements arise between PURE PROMISE and other couples regarding our services, this will be handled through the Consumer Council to ensure fair conflict resolution. You can file a complaint with the Consumer Council’s complaint guide.
